Mini Pumpkin Pies

This video started out as a documentation of trying something that you see on Pinterest and it failing miserably, a Pinterest fail. Little did I know, that it would take a turn for the better! They ended up being the cutest little pumpkin pies. Using a full-sized pumpkin pie, simply use your biscuit cutter to make a mini pie. Your family will love them!

MINI PUMPKIN PIE

These are the cutest little pumpkin pies. Using a full-sized pumpkin pie, simply use your biscuit cutter to make a mini pie. Your family will love them!

Cook ModePrevent screen from turning off

Ingredients

• Full-sized pumpkin pie
• Biscuit cutter
• Non-stick cooking spray
• Spray whipped topping (optional)
• Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice (optional)

Instructions

1. Spray the inside and outside of a biscuit cutter with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Cut straight into your ready-made pumpkin pie.
3. Gently slide the pie out by using a knife or spoon to tap the outside of the cutter.
4. Top mini pies with whipped cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.
