Caramel Apple Pie Spice Dump Cake
Cool mornings mean that Fall is officially here in the South. There’s no better way to welcome the change of seasons than with this super yummy dump cake from Darryl, the Dump King. This recipe can be found in my Volume 3 cookbook.
Caramel Apple Pie Spice Dump Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cans of Apple Pie Filing
- 2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of Caramel syrup
- 1 box of Spice Cake Mix
- 2 sticks of butter, cut into pats
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Grease your 9 x 13" casserole dish
- Spread the apples into the dish.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top.
- Pour the caramel syrup over the mixture.
- Evenly distribute the cake mix. Do NOT stir.
- Add the pats of butter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
