EASY BAKED CRACK CHICKEN
Tender baked chicken smothered in creamy ranch and cheddar topping, loaded with crispy bacon and green onions. Perfect for a quick meal!
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 5 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled (divided)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Place chicken breasts in the dish and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, 1/2 of the crumbled bacon, and 1 cup cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Dollop and spread the cream cheese mixture over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese on top, followed by the remaining bacon and green onion.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Serve warm and enjoy!
