EASY BAKED CRACK CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 5 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled (divided)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the dish and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, 1/2 of the crumbled bacon, and 1 cup cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Dollop and spread the cream cheese mixture over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese on top, followed by the remaining bacon and green onion.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
