Three Cheese Corn Casserole

This corn casserole is the BEST! Simple and delicious all in one dish.

Ingredients

• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 can (15 oz) cream style corn
• 1 package (10 oz) frozen whole kernel corn
• 1 package (8 1/2 oz) corn muffin mix
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/8 teaspoon red pepper (cayenne)
• 1 package (8 oz) Kraft shredded Three Cheese, divided
• 4 green onions, sliced
• 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 375°.
2. Mix first 6 ingredients until well blended; stir in 1/2 cup cheese.
3. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Bake 40 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, combine the remaining cheese, onions, and bacon.
6. Top casserole with cheese mixture; bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
