APRIL FOOL'S FRIED EGG CUPCAKES

A cute idea for April Fool's Day to trick your family or friends.

Ingredients

• 1 box white cake mix plus ingredients on box
• 1 container vanilla frosting
• 1 bag of butterscotch hard candies
• poppy seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare cupcakes according to the directions on the box. Let cool.
2. Frost the cupcakes, generously.
3. Sprinkle a few poppy seeds on each cupcake
4. Lightly press one butterscotch candy onto the top of the cupcake.
