SIMPLE NO PEEK CHICKEN

This No Peek Chicken makes a perfect Sunday meal. Just mix everything together, pop it in the oven and forget it! You will loooove it!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups regular white rice, uncooked
  • 1 package onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, rice and onion soup mix in a medium-sized bowl. Pour into your prepared baking dish. (You can also just dump everything into your baking dish and whisk everything together)
  3. Place chicken on top of rice mixture.
  4. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
