The Best Orange Molasses Cookies
My friend Amy shared this recipe with me many years ago. It is my all-time favorite molasses cookie. The grated orange rind in it gives it that extra special flavor. I use this recipe for my gingerbread cookies too. So good and perfect for Day 9 of my Twelve Days of Christmas! You can find the recipe in my Volume 1 cookbook.
