SIMPLE YUMMY CHEESE BALL

Nothing beats a simple appetizer that can be made in less than 10 minutes. This cheese ball is so easy to make and tastes DeLiCiOuS!

Ingredients

• 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
• 5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled (or 3 oz bag Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits)
• 1 (8 oz) cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 green onion, chopped
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in bacon, cheddar cheese and green onions.
2. Transfer to plastic wrap; shape with wrap into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Roll cheese ball in chopped pecans. Serve with crackers.
