This delicious sweet cornbread is absolutely delicious! It's super moist and fluffy and goes well with a bowl of yummy soup or stew.
Ingredients
- 2 (8.5 oz) box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar (depends on how sweet you like it)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Do not overmix batter. It's okay if the batter has a few lumps in it.
- Pour evenly into baking dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Do not over bake.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Best served warm with a little butter and honey.
