CROCK POT ZESTY SAUSAGE CHILI

Spicy, hearty, and bursting with bold flavors, this easy crockpot chili is a crowd-pleaser. With just a few ingredients and minimal prep, you'll have a flavorful chili that tastes like it simmered all day.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hot Jimmy Dean sausage, cooked and drained
  • 2 (15 oz) cans mixed chili beans
  • 2 (14.5 oz) cans zesty chili-style diced tomatoes
  • 2 (14.5 oz) cans kernel corn, drained
  • 2 (1 oz) chili seasoning packets
  • 1 (1 oz) packet Hidden Valley spicy ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Line the crockpot with a crockpot liner for easy cleanup.
  2. In a skillet, cook and crumble the sausage until browned; drain excess grease.
  3. Add the cooked sausage, beans (with liquid), tomatoes (with liquid), corn, chili seasoning packets, and ranch seasoning to the crockpot.
  4. Stir until well combined.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or tortilla chips.
