Spicy, hearty, and bursting with bold flavors, this easy crockpot chili is a crowd-pleaser. With just a few ingredients and minimal prep, you'll have a flavorful chili that tastes like it simmered all day.
Ingredients
- 1 lb hot Jimmy Dean sausage, cooked and drained
- 2 (15 oz) cans mixed chili beans
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans zesty chili-style diced tomatoes
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans kernel corn, drained
- 2 (1 oz) chili seasoning packets
- 1 (1 oz) packet Hidden Valley spicy ranch seasoning
Instructions
- Line the crockpot with a crockpot liner for easy cleanup.
- In a skillet, cook and crumble the sausage until browned; drain excess grease.
- Add the cooked sausage, beans (with liquid), tomatoes (with liquid), corn, chili seasoning packets, and ranch seasoning to the crockpot.
- Stir until well combined.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or tortilla chips.
