Mama Sue’s Crockpot Dr. Pepper Pork Roast

MAMA SUE'S CROCKPOT DR. PEPPER PORK ROAST
Slow-cooked flavorful sandwiches using pork roast and Dr. Pepper. You will love how easy and delicious Mama Sue's recipe is.
Ingredients
- 1 pork roast (shoulder roast)
- 1 large onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can Dr. Pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Cut the onion and put it in the bottom of your crockpot.
- Put roast in and salt and pepper it. Lay the fat side up. Pour the Dr. Pepper in the pot. Add brown sugar.
- Cook all night on low or all day. It will be so tender you can pull it apart with a fork. Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.
