EASY TURKEY CRANBERRY SLIDERS

Are you looking for a delicious way to enjoy your leftover turkey? These sliders are perfect! Your family will love them!

Ingredients

SLIDERS
  • 12 King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 1 pound deli sliced turkey or leftover turkey slices
  • 1 cup whole cranberry sauce
  • 8 slices Provolone Cheese
TOPPING
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon spicy mustard or whatever mustard you like best.
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

SLIDERS
  1. Slice the rolls in half horizontally. Remove tops and set aside.
  2. Place the bottom half in a 9x13 baking pan or a jelly roll pan.
  3. Layer the turkey on the rolls. Top the turkey with cheese and then cranberry sauce.
  4. Place the tops of the rolls onto the sandwiches.
TOPPING
  1. In a small bowl, stir together the topping ingredients.
  2. Brush or pour the butter mixture evenly over the rolls.
  3. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 5 more minutes until the sliders are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
