DEHYDRATED ORANGE ORNAMENTS

Ingredients

  • Oranges
  • Greenery such as cedar.
  • Twine or jute.
  • Ornament hooks.

Instructions

  1. Slice your oranges to be the same thickness.
  2. Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Lay them out on the parchment paper without overlapping.
  4. Bake them at 225° for 2 hours.
  5. Flip them over.
  6. Bake for another 1½ hours.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  8. Take the ornament hook and attach it between the natural v in the greenery.
  9. Slide the ornament hook through the orange so that it rests on top of the greenery.
  10. Twist the hook to secure everything together.
  11. Cut a piece of jute and tie a bow on top of the ornament.
