EASY TACO DORITOS LASAGNA
This delicious lasagna was inspired by a nurse at one of the schools I visit. I tweeked it just a little. You will love how easy it is to put together. PLUS who doesn't love Doritos? It's the perfect meal for Mexican night.
Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 (1 oz) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (1 oz) package ranch seasoning (I used 2 TB of Ya'll Brands Ranch seasoning)
- 1 (15.25 oz) can kernel corn (drained)
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans (drained)
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel or 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 refrigerated Pillsbury Dough Sheet
- 1 (14.5 oz) bag Doritos (whatever flavor you prefer)
- 1 (16 oz) tub sour cream
- 1 (16 oz) jar salsa
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick spray.
- Brown ground beef and sausage in a large skillet. Drain grease.
- Add taco and ranch seasonings. Mix well.
- Stir in corn, black beans and Rotel until well combined.
- Press crescent roll sheet in the bottom of casserole dish. Bake in oven for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven.
- Crush Doritos in bag into very small pieces. Save a few large chips to add to the top of the lasagna.
- Begin layering lasagna. Top the crescent roll crust with meat mixture, sour cream mixture, Doritos and cheese.
- Repeat layers in that order, topping it all off with cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Add large Doritos chips to the top for the last 5 minutes.
