This corn casserole is so easy and is the perfect side dish for any meal. Or if you love corn like me, it can be your main dish! I love this recipe so much that I put it in my Volume 1 cookbook.

EASY 5 INGREDIENT CORN CASSEROLE

This corn casserole is so easy and is the perfect side dish to any meal. Or if you love corn like me, it can be your main dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 8 ounce package Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a large bowl stir together the two cans of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream and butter.
  3. Pour into greased 8x8 casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
