CRACK JALAPENO CORN DIP
This yummy warm corn dip is so easy and DeLiCioUs! If you like a little heat and bacon, you will love this dip.
Ingredients
- 2 (15.25 oz) cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and diced
- 1 cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded
- 2/3 cup sour cream, cubed
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Tortilla chips
Instructions
- Place the corn, jalapeños, Colby Jack cheese, sour cream, and cream cheese in the crockpot. Cook on LOW for 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
- Add the bacon and stir. Save some for the top.
- Remove from crockpot and sprinkle with cilantro.
- Serve with your favorite chips.
