Ingredients

  • 40 Ritz crackers
  • 9.5 oz package of Andes Mints

Instructions

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, heat the unwrapped Andes mints in 15-second intervals, stirring between each. Continue heating and stirring until fully melted.
  2. Dip a Ritz cracker into the chocolate and flip to coat both sides. Lift it out on a fork, gently tap the edge of the bowl to shake off the excess chocolate.
  3. Lay the chocolate-dipped cracker on wax paper and let it sit until the chocolate is set.
  4. Store in the freezer.
