Ingredients

  • 1 bag (10 oz) Nestle Toll House Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
  • 1 bag (10 oz) Nestle Toll House Premier White Baking Chips
  • 2/3 cup crushed peppermint candy

Instructions

  1. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place dark chocolate chips in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at medium (50%) 1 minute; stir. Continue microwaving at medium in 15 second increments, stirring after each heating, until chips are melted and smooth when stirred. In a separate bowl, do the same thing with white chocolate chips.
  3. Set aside about 2 tablespoon crushed peppermint candies; divide the remaining candy evenly. Stir 1/2 the crushed candy pieces into melted dark chocolate bowl and 1/2 the crushed candy pieces into white chocolate bowl. Pour dark chocolate mixture onto one side of the prepared cookie sheet and then pour the white chocolate onto the other side of the prepared cookie sheet; spread to about 1/2-inch thickness. Using a spatula or knife gently swirl the dark chocolate and white chocolate together until it looks the way you like. Gently tap cookie sheet on countertop to even out thickness of mixture. Sprinkle remaining peppermint pieces over surface.
  4. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until firm. Break into pieces. Store in cool, dry place.
