STELLA'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

Stella and Lowell Swanberg are salt-of-the-earth kinds of people. Their family means so very much to me. I LOVE this broccoli dish! I think you will too!

Ingredients

  • 3 packages (10 oz each) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, and drained
  • 1 16oz. package VELVEETA cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 36 round buttery crackers, coarsely crushed (about 1 1/2 cups), divided
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  2. Mix broccoli, Velveeta, and half the cracker crumbs until well blended.
  3. Spoon into a 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Mix remaining cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over broccoli mixture.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes or until heated through.
