PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN DUMP CAKE

This is the perfect summer dessert! With only 5 ingredients, it's super simple to make and tastes sooo good!

Ingredients

  • 2 (20 oz) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 (10 oz) jar maraschino cherries, drained and stems removed
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 sticks butter, sliced into thin pats

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9x13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Pour drained pineapple and cherries into pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  3. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pineapple. DO NOT STIR.
  4. Place pats of butter in rows over cake mix and bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes, or until golden brown.
