Mama Sue’s Pimento Cheese

There’s nothing quite as good as a yummy pimento cheese sandwich on a hot summer day! This homemade version from Mama Sue’s Southern Kitchen beats all of the store-bought containers that you find in your grocery store. Plus it’s super easy to put together! PIMENTO CHEESE

Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 ounce block of sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 - 8 ounce block of pepper jack cheese
  • 1 small jar of pimentos (undrained)
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of Lawry's Seasoned Salt

Instructions

  1. Grate cheese into a big bowl.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Make it the day before you want to serve.
  4. If needed you may add more mayonnaise.
