Dip pretzel rods in white chocolate, drizzle with orange, add sprinkles, and let them set for a festive Easter treat!
Ingredients
- 12 Pretzel Rods
- 1 cup Wilton White Candy Melts, melted
- 1/4 cup Wilton Orange Candy Melts, melted
- Assorted Easter Sprinkles
- Peeps Marshmallow Chicks or Bunnies (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt Chocolates: In separate microwave-safe bowls, melt the white chocolate and orange discs according to package instructions. Stir until smooth.
- Dip Pretzels: Dip each pretzel rod about 2/3 of the way into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Decorate: Drizzle the melted orange chocolate over the white-coated pretzels using a spoon or piping bag. Immediately add Easter sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
- Set and Harden: Place the pretzels on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them sit until the chocolate hardens (about 30 minutes at room temperature or 10 minutes in the fridge).
- Optional Garnish: If using Peeps, attach one to each pretzel by dipping the bottom on a little melted chocolate and pressing it onto the rod.
- Serve & Enjoy: Once fully set, your Peeps Easter Pretzel Rods are ready to enjoy!
