Blueberry pie filling, Martha White Blueberry Muffin Mix, and melted butter combine in this easy-to-make, easy-to-eat dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 (21 oz) Blueberry Pie Filling
- 1 (7 oz) bag Martha White Blueberry Muffin Mix
- 1 stick butter, cut into pats
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Dump blueberry pie filling into greased pan and spread out evenly.
- Sprinkle muffin mix over the pie filling. Using a rubber spatula, spread the muffin mix evenly over the pie filling.
- Add sliced butter pats to the top of the cake evenly.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream.
