LEMON OREO BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE DUMPCAKE
Oh my! This lemon OREO blueberry cheesecake dump cake, is a lot to say...but so yummy! Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and you've got yourself the BEST dessert!
Ingredients
- 24 Lemon OREO cookies
- 2 (21 oz) cans blueberry pie filling
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped cream cheese
- 1 (15.25 oz) box lemon cake mix
- 2 sticks butter, cut into thin pats
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place 24 Lemon OREO cookies in bottom of casserole dish.
- Empty cans of blueberry pie filling over the cookies and spread out evenly.
- Place dollops of cream cheese on top of blueberry pie filling. Lightly mix with pie filling.
- Pour cake mix over mixture and spread out evenly. DO NOT STIR.
- Place pats of butter evenly over cake mix.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown and sides are bubbly.
