LEMON OREO BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE DUMPCAKE

Oh my! This lemon OREO blueberry cheesecake dump cake, is a lot to say...but so yummy! Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and you've got yourself the BEST dessert!

Ingredients

  • 24 Lemon OREO cookies
  • 2 (21 oz) cans blueberry pie filling
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped cream cheese
  • 1 (15.25 oz) box lemon cake mix
  • 2 sticks butter, cut into thin pats

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place 24 Lemon OREO cookies in bottom of casserole dish.
  3. Empty cans of blueberry pie filling over the cookies and spread out evenly.
  4. Place dollops of cream cheese on top of blueberry pie filling. Lightly mix with pie filling.
  5. Pour cake mix over mixture and spread out evenly. DO NOT STIR.
  6. Place pats of butter evenly over cake mix.
  7. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown and sides are bubbly.
