Grasshopper OREO Ice Cream Parfaits
Super easy and absolutely yummy! If you love mint and chocolate. You will love this recipe!
Ingredients
- 20 chocolate mint OREO cookies
- 1/2 gallon mint chocolate chip ice cream
- Spray whipped topping (Like Reddi-wip)
Instructions
- Crush all but 4 chocolate mint cookies; set aside. Reserve 4 whole cookies and 1 tablespoon crushed cookies for garnish.
- Arrange 4 dessert cups. Add 1 tablespoon crushed chocolate mint cookies to each cup and then top with 1 large scoop of ice cream. Repeat layers ending with ice cream.
- Top each grasshopper ice cream parfait with whipped topping, sprinkle evenly with the reserved crushed cookie. Garnish each with one chocolate mint cookie. Serve immediately and enjoy!
