Corned Beef Sliders
This is a fun twist to the classic Rueben sandwich. So easy to make and perfect for lunch, dinner, or even a snack!
Ingredients
- 12 King Hawaiian rolls
- 1/2 lb. deli corned beef, chopped
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup honey dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Slice King Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise and place the bottoms in a glass baking dish.
- Add chopped corned beef on top of the rolls.
- Layer sauerkraut on top of the meat.
- Place slices of Swiss cheese on top of the sauerkraut.
- Spread honey dijon mustard over the top of the rolls and place on top of the cheese to complete the sandwich.
- Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese has melted and the sandwich is heated through.
