Corned Beef Sliders

This is a fun twist to the classic Rueben sandwich. So easy to make and perfect for lunch, dinner, or even a snack!

Ingredients

  • 12 King Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/2 lb. deli corned beef, chopped
  • 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup honey dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Slice King Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise and place the bottoms in a glass baking dish.
  3. Add chopped corned beef on top of the rolls.
  4. Layer sauerkraut on top of the meat.
  5. Place slices of Swiss cheese on top of the sauerkraut.
  6. Spread honey dijon mustard over the top of the rolls and place on top of the cheese to complete the sandwich.
  7. Bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese has melted and the sandwich is heated through.
