SKINNY KEY LIME PIE

A light and refreshing Skinny Key Lime Pie made with creamy yogurt, sugar-free lime Jell-O, and fluffy Cool Whip in a graham cracker crust. This easy, no bake dessert is bursting with lime flavor and perfect for a guilt-free treat!

Ingredients

  • 2 (5.3 oz) containers key lime yogurt
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip (light or sugar free)
  • 1 small box (0.3 oz) sugar-free lime Jell-O
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the lime Jell-O in 1/4 cup boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
  2. Add the key lime yogurt and mix well.
  3. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  5. Before serving, garnish with lime zest, lime slices, an extra dollop of Cool Whip, or a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers.
  6. Slice and enjoy!
