A light and refreshing Skinny Key Lime Pie made with creamy yogurt, sugar-free lime Jell-O, and fluffy Cool Whip in a graham cracker crust. This easy, no bake dessert is bursting with lime flavor and perfect for a guilt-free treat!
Ingredients
- 2 (5.3 oz) containers key lime yogurt
- 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip (light or sugar free)
- 1 small box (0.3 oz) sugar-free lime Jell-O
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve the lime Jell-O in 1/4 cup boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Add the key lime yogurt and mix well.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with lime zest, lime slices, an extra dollop of Cool Whip, or a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers.
