Fresh Fruit Salsa
This is an easy “salsa” to make when you need a quick treat. It’s simple and healthy and oh so good!
Fresh Fruit Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 peach, diced
- splash of orange juice
- 2 tbsp. Apple Jelly
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
Instructions
- In a medium-size bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Mix well.
- Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
- Serve with Cinnamon Pita Chips or Sweet & Salty Chips.
