Ingredients
- 40 saltine crackers
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 24 oz, Vanilla Almond Bark ( I love the Walmart brand)
- Purple, yellow and green sanding sugars
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- In a medium nonstick saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Allow to boil 2/12 minutes without stirring.
- Pour hot toffee mixture over the saltine crackers. Use a rubber spatula to spread the toffee evenly over the crackers. Be sure to cover each cracker. Bake for 7 minutes.
- While the crackers are in the oven, melt the white almond bark in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove pan from the oven, pour white almond bark over the crackers. Spread evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle with sanding sugar in diagonal pattern.
- Freeze for 30 minutes or refrigerate longer, until hardened. Break into pieces.
