Easy Mardis Gras Cupcakes

These cupcakes are so easy to make and incredibly festive too!

Ingredients

  • Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker (15.25 ounces) Cake Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • Pillsbury Vanilla Can Frosting (16 oz)
  • Purple, yellow, and green sanding sugar or sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°.
  2. Line cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  3. Mix Cake Mix, water, oil, and eggs in a large bowl with a mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  4. Fill your cupcake cases 2/3 full = around 3 tablespoons, or one decent ice cream scoop.
  5. Bake for 12 -17 minutes.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Frost cupcakes and add sanding sugar or sprinkles to decorate.
  8. Enjoy!
