Easy Mardis Gras Cupcakes
These cupcakes are so easy to make and incredibly festive too!
Ingredients
- Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker (15.25 ounces) Cake Mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- Pillsbury Vanilla Can Frosting (16 oz)
- Purple, yellow, and green sanding sugar or sprinkles
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Line cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
- Mix Cake Mix, water, oil, and eggs in a large bowl with a mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Fill your cupcake cases 2/3 full = around 3 tablespoons, or one decent ice cream scoop.
- Bake for 12 -17 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Frost cupcakes and add sanding sugar or sprinkles to decorate.
- Enjoy!
