7 Layer Dip

This recipe is from my Volume 1 cookbook and I thought it was the perfect recipe to have to kick off college football. You know Darryl and I will be watching! It’s a no bake dish that can be assembled in minutes to use as a snack or even dinner for your hungry crew.

7 LAYER DIP

7 LAYER DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 can of refried beans
  • 2 Tbsp. Y'all Brands Texas Street Taco Seasoning Mix (you can also use 1 packet of taco seasoning mix)
  • 1 (8 oz.) block Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small can of chopped green chiles
  • 1 cup of Salsa
  • Lettuce (optional)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can of black olives, drained (optional)
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 bag of tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Mix together the beans and taco seasoning in a small bowl. Spread onto your serving plate or dish.
  2. Cream the cream cheese and green chiles. Mix thoroughly. Layer on top of the refried beans.
  3. On top of that, spread the salsa.
  4. Add any toppings you would like.
  5. Add chips and serve!
