7 Layer Dip
This recipe is from my Volume 1 cookbook and I thought it was the perfect recipe to have to kick off college football. You know Darryl and I will be watching! It’s a no bake dish that can be assembled in minutes to use as a snack or even dinner for your hungry crew.
7 LAYER DIP
Ingredients
- 1 can of refried beans
- 2 Tbsp. Y'all Brands Texas Street Taco Seasoning Mix (you can also use 1 packet of taco seasoning mix)
- 1 (8 oz.) block Cream cheese, softened
- 1 small can of chopped green chiles
- 1 cup of Salsa
- Lettuce (optional)
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small can of black olives, drained (optional)
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
Instructions
- Mix together the beans and taco seasoning in a small bowl. Spread onto your serving plate or dish.
- Cream the cream cheese and green chiles. Mix thoroughly. Layer on top of the refried beans.
- On top of that, spread the salsa.
- Add any toppings you would like.
- Add chips and serve!
