2 INGREDIENT VALENTINE PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

These yummy Valentine truffles are the perfect combination of peanut butter and chocolate. So easy to make and fun for everyone!

Ingredients

  • 1 package (16.5 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
  • 1 bag (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
  • Valentine sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°. Shape cookie dough into 1 1/4" balls; place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 9 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on cookie sheets for 5 minutes.
  2. Using your hands, shape each cookie into a ball; refrigerate for 10-15 minutes or until completely cooled.
  3. Meanwhile, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
  4. In a medium bowl, microwave chocolate chips for 60 to 90 seconds, stirring until completely melted.
  5. Dip cooled cookie balls into melted chocolate. Place on cookie sheet. Add Valentine sprinkles while chocolate is still warm and melted.
  6. Refrigerate truffles for about 10 minutes or allow to cool completely on countertop until coating is set.
