VALENTINE CARAMEL PRETZEL BITES
Sweet, salty, and delightfully festive, these bite-sized treats combine gooey caramel-filled Rolos and crunchy pretzels dipped in creamy vanilla almond bark. Perfect for Valentine's Day snacking and gift-giving.
Ingredients
- Rolo candies, unwrapped
- Butter snap pretzels
- Vanilla almond bark, melted
- Valentine sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°.
- Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- Place pretzels on the pan and top each with an unwrapped Rolo candy.
- Heat in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the Rolos are soft but not completely melted.
- Remove from the oven and press another butter snap pretzel on top of each Rolo, creating a sandwich.
- Allow the pretzel bites to cool and harden.
- Dip half of each pretzel bite in melted almond bark and place on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with Valentine sprinkles before the almond bark hardens.
- Allow to dry completely before serving or packaging.
