These Valentine Sugar Cookie Cups are so yummy and easy to make. Your little sweethearts will LOVE them!
Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) package Pillsbury Ready To Bake Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough, 24 count
- 1 (16 oz) tub pink frosting
- Valentine sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly spray a 24 count mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Break apart sugar cookie dough and place one square into each muffin well.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 20 to 30 minutes. (You can place them in the freezer or refrigerator to speed up the cooling process)
- Pipe frosting into each cooled cookie and top with sprinkles.
