This hearty, crowd-pleasing casserole is comfort food at its finest! Perfect for weeknight dinners or potlucks, this one-pan dish is as easy as it is delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef, cooked and drained
- 12 oz frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bag (20 oz) frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a medium sized bowl mix ground beef, mixed vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, sour cream, and seasonings.
- Place meat and vegetable mixture in the baking dish. Spread evenly. Top with frozen tater tots and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and casserole is bubbly.
