This hearty, crowd-pleasing casserole is comfort food at its finest! Perfect for weeknight dinners or potlucks, this one-pan dish is as easy as it is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 12 oz frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bag (20 oz) frozen tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium sized bowl mix ground beef, mixed vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, sour cream, and seasonings.
  3. Place meat and vegetable mixture in the baking dish. Spread evenly. Top with frozen tater tots and shredded cheese.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and casserole is bubbly.
