CHERRY-COLA DUMP CAKE

This is a great, simple recipe for a rich and moist cherry cola cake! Perfect for parties, potlucks, or when you need a quick dessert with minimal effort. So yUmMy!

Ingredients

• 1 jar (16 oz) maraschino cherries with juice (stems removed)
• 1 box (15.25 oz) devil's food cake mix
• 2 cups cola-flavored carbonated drink (I used a 12 oz can of Coca-Cola)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350° and lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
2. Dump cherries with cherry juice into the baking dish.
3. In a medium bowl, combine devil's food cake mix and carbonated beverage. Mix until smooth.
4. Pour the batter evenly over the cherries. DO NOT STIR.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
6. Cool 10 minutes before serving. This is so yummy with served with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
