Sweet Potato Casserole
This creamy baked dish is amazing for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The pecan topping is what makes it so good! I used Tanner’s Pecans, from right here in Alabama.

Sweet Potato Casserole
This creamy baked dish is amazing for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The pecan topping is what makes it so good!
Ingredients
Casserole
- 3 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup milk
Topping
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Mash potatoes & add sugar, eggs, vanilla, butter, and milk.
- Mix well.
- Put in greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Mix all topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top of potatoes.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
