Stuffed Halloween Jalapeño Mummies
Ingredients
- 1 block of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of cooked bacon, crumbled (I used real bacon bits)
- 1 cup of pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 8 - 10 Jalapeño, sliced in half (lengthwise) and take out the seeds
- Crescent Rolls sheets
- Candy Eyes
Instructions
- Cut Jalapeños and place them on a baking dish.
- Mix the cream cheese, bacon, and cheese together in a medium-sized bowl.
- Stuff the cream cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.
- Roll out the crescent roll sheet and cut it into very thin strips.
- Take one strip and wrap the top half of the mummy's head. Take another strip and wrap it around the bottom, leaving a little space in between for the eyes.
- Bake at 400° for 11 -15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add two eyes to each jalapeño.
