Halloween just isn’t for kids! These sPoOkY little mummies are perfect to take to a Halloween party or to enjoy before Trick-or-Treating.

Stuffed Halloween Jalapeño Mummies

Ingredients

  • 1 block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of cooked bacon, crumbled (I used real bacon bits)
  • 1 cup of pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 8 - 10 Jalapeño, sliced in half (lengthwise) and take out the seeds
  • Crescent Rolls sheets
  • Candy Eyes

Instructions

  1. Cut Jalapeños and place them on a baking dish.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, bacon, and cheese together in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Stuff the cream cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.
  4. Roll out the crescent roll sheet and cut it into very thin strips.
  5. Take one strip and wrap the top half of the mummy's head. Take another strip and wrap it around the bottom, leaving a little space in between for the eyes.
  6. Bake at 400° for 11 -15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Add two eyes to each jalapeño.
