This Tex-Mex casserole is sure to become a family favorite. It's warm and creamy with a kick of delicious flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 4 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 10 count soft flour tortillas, cut in half
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, stir together the three kinds of soup and tomatoes. Stir in the chicken.
- In a greased 9x13 casserole dish, layer the tortillas and chicken mixture, beginning and ending with tortillas.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the casserole and bake for 30 minutes.
