South Of The Border Chicken

This Tex-Mex casserole is sure to become a family favorite. It's warm and creamy with a kick of delicious flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 10 count soft flour tortillas, cut in half

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, stir together the three kinds of soup and tomatoes. Stir in the chicken.
  2. In a greased 9x13 casserole dish, layer the tortillas and chicken mixture, beginning and ending with tortillas.
  3. Sprinkle the cheese over the casserole and bake for 30 minutes.
