Simple Halloween M&M Sandwich Cookie

I believe in using pre-made cookie dough when you need a quick and easy Halloween treat. I saw these Nestle Toll House M&M's Ghoul's Mix Sugar Cookie Dough and I just had to see what all the fuss was about. I added green frosting and Halloween sprinkles to turn them into frightfully fun sandwich cookies.

Simple Halloween M&M Sandwich Cookie

I believe in using pre-made cookie dough when you need a quick and easy Halloween treat. I saw these Nestle Toll House M&M's Ghoul's Mix Sugar Cookie Dough and I just had to see what all the fuss was about. So frightfully fun!

Ingredients

• 1 package Nestle Toll House M&M's Ghoul's Sugar Cookie Cookie Dough
• 1 Pillsbury Cream Supreme Vanilla Frosting
• 4 to 6 drops green food coloring
• Halloween cake decorating sprinkles

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Break cookies along pre-scored lines.
3. Place two squares together in your hand and make into a ball.
4. Place cookies 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Cool cookies on cookie sheet for 5 minutes. 
7. Remove to cool completely.
8. Stir 4 to 6 drops of liquid food coloring to frosting until you achieve the desired shade.
9. Spread 3 tablespoons of frosting on 1 cookie and sandwich with another. 
10. Roll the frosted edges of the cookie in Halloween sprinkles.
