MOM'S SWISS HAM & NOODLE CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1 lb egg noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups cubed ham
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except french onions. Pour mixture in a greased 9x13 casserole dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly.
  3. Remove from the oven, top with French fried onions. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
