Mom's Swiss Ham & Noodle Casserole

MOM'S SWISS HAM & NOODLE CASSEROLE
I found this YuMmY recipe in Darryl's mom's cookbook. If you love ham, cheese and noodles...you will love this casserole!
Ingredients
- 1 lb egg noodles, cooked
- 2 cups cubed ham
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- French fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except french onions. Pour mixture in a greased 9x13 casserole dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, top with French fried onions. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
