LEMON CHEESECAKE DUMP CAKE

We love all things lemon! With only 4 ingredients... this fresh, citrusy dessert is super easy to make and oh, so YuMmY!

Ingredients

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) lemon cake mix
  • 2 (21 oz each) cans lemon pie filling
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9x13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Empty lemon pie filling into casserole dish and spread out evenly.
  2. Scoop dollops of whipped cream cheese and place on top of lemon pie filling.
  3. In medium bowl, combine dry cake mix and melted butter. Stir until crumbly. Break up any large chunks. Pour cake mix crumble over lemon/cream cheese layer and spread out evenly.
  4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  5. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy!
