We love all things lemon! With only 4 ingredients... this fresh, citrusy dessert is super easy to make and oh, so YuMmY!
Ingredients
- 1 box (15.25 oz) lemon cake mix
- 2 (21 oz each) cans lemon pie filling
- 8 oz whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9x13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Empty lemon pie filling into casserole dish and spread out evenly.
- Scoop dollops of whipped cream cheese and place on top of lemon pie filling.
- In medium bowl, combine dry cake mix and melted butter. Stir until crumbly. Break up any large chunks. Pour cake mix crumble over lemon/cream cheese layer and spread out evenly.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy!
