Hot Fudge Sauce
This homemade hot fudge sauce will have you rethinking ever buying the store bought bottle again. It is so good! I could just eat it with a spoon. The recipe can be found in my Volume 1 cookbook.
HOT FUDGE SAUCE
Ingredients
- 3 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips over low heat.
- Add whipping cream.
- Whisk chocolate and cream until smooth.
- Add sugar, butter, and salt.
- Cook to a boil for 5 minutes.
- Cool.
- Pour over your favorite dessert.
- Store in the refrigerator.
