EASY SLOW COOKER CORN PUDDING

This delicious corn pudding is the perfect side dish for any meal, made with simple ingredients and cooked to perfection in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.75 oz) cream style corn
  • 1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 box (8.5 oz) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Spray 3 to 4 1/2 quart slow cooker with cooking spray or line with a slow cooker liner.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour into slow cooker.
  3. Cover; cook on HIGH for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until mixture is set and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
