EASY ROASTED FRESH GREEN BEANS

Crisp-tender and bursting with flavor, these roasted green beans are a quick and delicious side dish perfect for any meal. Simple to prepare yet packed with flavor, this recipe makes eating vegetables just so yummy!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Coat a sheet pan with cooking spray. Arrange green beans in a single layer on the sheet pan.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together the butter, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Drizzle the butter mixture over the green beans and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until green beans are tender and lightly browned.
