Easy Pizza Casserole

EASY PIZZA CASSEROLE
Italian night made easy! You will love this delicious pizza casserole. It's oven ready in less than 10 minutes and will quickly become a family favorite!
Ingredients
- 1 (8 count) can refrigerated biscuits
- 1 (14 oz) can pizza sauce
- 1 lb cooked ground beef
- 3 oz pepperoni slices
- 1 cup frozen mixed onions and peppers
- 1 (10 oz) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 (4.5 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Cover the bottom of the prepared dish with biscuits. Spread pizza sauce over the biscuits.
- Top with ground beef, pepperoni, onions and peppers, olives and mushrooms.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until biscuits are done. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
