EASY NO-BAKE BLUEBERRY PIE
You can make your own crust or use a store bought crust for this easy no-bake blueberry pie. I love this pie with my whole heart and soul! It's so yUmMy and ReFrEsHiNg!
Ingredients
CINNAMON GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
- 1 1/2 cups finely ground cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
- 7 tablespoons butter, melted
BLUEBERRY PIE FILLING
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
- 2 (6 oz) blueberry yogurt
Instructions
CINNAMON GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl; mix until well blended. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of an 8 or 9-inch pie plate.
BLUEBERRY FILLING
- In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the Cool Whip and yogurt until smooth. Pour the yogurt and Cool Whip mixture into the pie crust. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours. Remove the pie from the freezer approximately 20 minutes before serving. Cover and refrigerate any leftover pie. So easy and so good!
