EASY ICE CREAM SANDWICH CAKE

Our granddaughter Piper, found this recipe and just HAD to make it. Ice cream sandwiches, caramel and hot fudge? Yes, please!

Ingredients

• 24 ice cream sandwiches
• 12 ounce jar caramel topping
• 12 ounce jar hot fudge topping
• 8 ounce Cool Whip
• Chopped peanuts
• Maraschino cherries

Instructions

1. Line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with half of the ice cream sandwiches, cutting them to fit as needed.
2. Spread the jar of caramel topping over the top of the ice cream sandwiches.
3. Arrange the remaining ice cream sandwiches on top of the caramel layer, again cutting as needed to fit the pan.
4. Spread the hot fudge over the ice cream sandwiches. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
5. Spread the Cool Whip on top.
6. Add the chopped peanuts and maraschino cherries.
7. Enjoy!
