The golden cake topping on this cherry dump cake is AmAzInG! It's so quick and easy to make too. Your family will love it!
Ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick baking spray.
- Spread cherry pie filling in the prepared dish. Pour pineapple over cherry pie filling. Spread evenly.
- Evenly spread cake mix over the top layers of cherry pie filling and pineapple. Arrange butter slices evenly over the top of the cake mix.
- Bake in a preheated oven, for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the top is deep golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
