Easy Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots

EASY BROWN SUGAR GLAZED CARROTS
These brown sugar carrots are the perfect side dish. Tender and tasty and has only 4 ingredients!
Ingredients
- 16 oz. bag of baby carrots
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring carrots, water, butter and brown sugar to a boil in a pan over medium to high heat. Turn to low and simmer for approximately 6 minutes.
- Turn back to high and cook until water is evaporated and carrots are tender. It takes about another 5 to 6 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
